Our story
15+ years of caring for big properties.
Warren and Susan have done property management for over 15 years, on projects exceeding $7 million — operating and maintaining large residential and commercial properties in Seattle and managing public lands.
We've managed budgets for non-profits, universities, school boards and Grant County PUD. We've owned and operated businesses for 15+ years and employ up to 25 people.
Today CWMG manages the Crescent Bar Recreation Area for Grant County PUD.

Saving the Crescent Bar greens
When the golf course lost irrigation water from its well system, the grass and greens began to die. We devised a plan using multiple vehicles, 100-gallon water totes, trash pumps and sprinklers to hand water for three months — long enough for the new irrigation well to become operational.
