CWMG is a premier Property Management company founded by Warren and Susan Lybbert in 2016. Warren and Susan have done property management for over 15 years, exceeding projects over $7 million dollars.  Operating and maintaining large residential and commercial properties in Seattle and managing Public Lands.  We have managed budgets for various organizations including (non-profits, Universities, School Boards and Grant County PUD) of over $7 million dollars.  We have owned and operated businesses for 15+ years and employ up to 25 individuals. 

CWMG currently manages the Crescent Bar Recreation Area for Grant County PUD.  Our expertise is based on our grit and relationships we build with our customers and those we work with.  We pride ourselves in problem-solving and moving forward in positive, reflective ways, especially in the face of challenges. 

In 2017 while managing the Crescent Bar Recreation Area’s Golf Course, dealing with water shortage due to the lack of irrigation water from the well system on the golf course, the golf course grass was either dead or dying.  CWMG took on a momentous task of hand watering over 40 acres of grass and saving the golf course greens valued between $50,000-$100,000 each (9-hole course).  We devised plans using multiple vehicles, with 100-gallon water totes, trash pumps and sprinklers to hand water for 3 months to keep the grass and greens alive long enough for the new irrigation well to be operational.  We have received multiple recognitions from top Golf Course Professionals on our unusual situation and our novel approach to solve this project.
